Local Pickup

  • Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email, ID, and the credit card used when picking up.
  • Pickup Location: 1178 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10028
  • Curbside pickup is available – just call us when you arrive, and we’ll bring your order outside.

Shipping

  • We ship via UPS to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on destination.
  • No PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time UPS rates.
  • If actual costs differ, we’ll contact you before charging more, or refund you if the final cost is lower.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Exceptions

  • Some items may be local pickup or delivery only (oversized or special items).
  • Busy holiday seasons or oversized packages may require extra time.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel an order if stock or shipping errors occur.

For customers who would like a little more fine print:

  • Carriers: While we primarily ship UPS Ground, we may substitute another carrier to ensure efficiency, provided the service is comparable.
  • Oversized / Special Handling: Some products may require special handling or surcharges. We do our best to note these in advance, but adjustments may be required after the order is placed.
  • Seasonal or Weather Delays: Holiday peaks or severe weather may extend delivery times.

  • Order Adjustments: In rare cases (e.g. shipping restrictions, stock discrepancies, or incorrect order details), Mary Arnold Toys reserves the right to cancel or modify an order. Customers will be notified promptly if adjustments are necessary.
